1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

We will have an initial consultation to discuss your goals then I will create a programme to meet your needs which we will adjust as progress is made. I will be available for any questions you may have.

JOINT SESSIONS

These sessions allow you to train with a partner or friend with similar goals at a discounted rate. I will be available for any questions you may have.

ONLINE COACHING

We will have an initial consultation to agree your goals. I will then create either a 4 or 6 week programme for you to complete independently. I will be available for any questions you may have.
